We just bought our first house with the Cooper Real Estate Team because they were recommended by two of our friends. We honestly could not have asked for a better experience! Every single day throughout this process my future husband and I looked at each other and kept saying how blessed we were to have Alicia with us every step of the way! She answered my 2058372201 phone calls and texts whether they were at the crack of dawn, or way too late to be sending a text without a s...ingle complaint, and was always so happy and positive and helpful. The extent of her knowledge on home buying was a life-saver, because we went in completely blind with absolutely no idea what we were doing???? She is an amazing negotiator, always on time, and made EXTREMELY last minute things work - always with a smile on her face! Even after we purchased our home and moved in she has checked in on us to make sure everything is still running smoothly and that we are happy. We will absolutely be recommending her to anyone who is searching for a home, and definitely using her in the future when we are ready to buy again. We just feel so, so lucky to have had this entire experience with Alicia, no matter what problems or stressors we ran into she came up with a solution right away. I could honestly write a 20 page paper on all the reasons why we would recommend her, but that would be weird. ???? If I could give her a thousand star rating I would! Lisa helped my husband and I find our first perfect little home and we couldn't be more blessed to have worked with her.
